Protected Information
When you create an account with SkyRx, you establish a direct customer relationship with the company, which allows you to access and utilize various functions of the Platform and the Service as a user. In the context of this relationship, you will provide information such as your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and certain transactional details. It is important to note that SkyRx does not categorize this information as “protected health information” or “medical information.”
If you have specific concerns regarding your personal information or how it is handled by SkyRx, you should begin by reviewing the company’s Privacy Policy to gain a clear understanding of how your information is collected, used, and protected. This document provides detailed insights into the company’s practices regarding personal information.
Once you are familiar with the Privacy Policy, it is crucial to identify the specific aspects of your personal information or account management process that you are concerned about. Consider whether your concerns relate to data security, how your information is utilized, or the procedures for requesting changes or deletions.
To address your concerns, reach out to SkyRx’s customer support team for assistance. You can typically find their contact information on the website or within the app. When contacting them, be specific about your concerns and include any relevant details regarding your account to facilitate a prompt response.

If you believe that your rights regarding personal data protection are being violated or if you have complex concerns that require legal interpretation, consider seeking advice from a legal professional specializing in privacy law.
Finally, it is advisable to monitor any changes to SkyRx’s Privacy Policy or terms of service, as these can affect how your information is handled. Regularly check for notifications or updates from the company to stay informed about how your data is managed. Taking these proactive measures can help ensure that your information is handled according to your expectations and needs.
When using certain components of the Service, you may provide health or medical information that could be subject to applicable legal protections. It is important to clarify that SkyRx is not classified as a “covered entity” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and its related regulations and amendments. Certain Labs, Pharmacies, or Medical Groups, as defined in our Terms and Conditions, may or may not fall under the categories of “covered entities” or “business associates” as outlined by HIPAA. In some instances, SkyRx may act as a “business associate” for a Pharmacy or Medical Group
It is critical to understand that HIPAA does not automatically apply to any entity or individual solely because health information is involved. Consequently, HIPAA may not govern your transactions or communications with SkyRx, the Medical Groups, Providers, Labs, or Pharmacies. However, if SkyRx is identified as a “business associate,” it may be subject to specific provisions of HIPAA concerning “protected health information” (PHI) that you provide to SkyRx, the Medical Group, or the Providers. PHI, as defined under HIPAA, includes individually identifiable health information that is transmitted or maintained in any form, whether electronic, paper, or oral. Given these considerations, it is advisable to be mindful of the information you share while using the Service. Understanding the nature of your interactions with SkyRx and its associated entities will help you navigate your rights and the protections afforded to your health information under the law. Always consider reviewing the Privacy Policy provided by SkyRx for additional clarity regarding how your information is managed. Any medical or health information you provide that is protected under applicable state laws, collectively referred to as “Protected Information” along with PHI, will be used and disclosed solely in accordance with those laws. In contrast, any information that does not qualify as Protected Information under these laws may be utilized or disclosed in any manner permitted by this Privacy Policy. It is important to note that Protected Information does not encompass information that has been de-identified in accordance with the relevant legal standards.
This means that while your Protected Information is afforded specific legal protections, other information you share that falls outside of this designation may be handled more flexibly within the guidelines established by SkyRx’s Privacy Policy. By understanding these distinctions, you can better comprehend how your information will be treated and the legal frameworks that govern its use and disclosure.
By accessing or utilizing any part of the Service, you acknowledge that any information you submit to SkyRx, which is not intended solely for the purposes of diagnosis and treatment by the Medical Group and Providers, laboratory services provided by the Labs, or prescription fulfillment by the Pharmacies, does not qualify as Protected Information. Such information will instead be governed solely by our Privacy Policy and any applicable state laws that regulate the privacy and security of that information. To clarify, information provided to SkyRx during the registration and account setup process on the Platform—such as your name, date of birth, username, email address, shipping address, and phone number—does not fall under the category of Protected Information.
This means that while your health-related information shared with Medical Groups, Providers, Labs, and Pharmacies is afforded certain protections, the personal information you provide for account management purposes is subject to different treatment under our Privacy Policy. Understanding this distinction is important for managing your expectations regarding the privacy and security of the information you share with SkyRx.

These technologies assist us in collecting data, including usage data, identifiers, and device information, which are essential for enhancing user experience and optimizing our services.
What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website, which are then stored by your browser. When your browser connects to the same web server, the cookie can be read, allowing the server to recognize your browser over time. Each cookie contains a string of numbers and letters that may uniquely identify your device and can also hold other relevant information. This functionality enables seamless interactions with our website, enhancing your experience each time you visit.
Web Beacons and Mobile Analytics Overview
Web beacons, also known as single-pixel or clear GIFs, are electronic images embedded in a website or email. When your browser accesses a webpage or email containing a web beacon, it automatically connects to the web server that hosts the image, which is often managed by a third party. This connection allows the web server to log information about your device and set or read its cookies. Similarly, when you interact with third-party content on our websites, such as embedded videos, plug-ins, or advertisements, your browser connects to the third-party web server hosting that content. We also utilize web beacons in our email communications and newsletters to determine whether you open and engage with them.
Mobile analytics and advertising IDs are unique identifiers generated by mobile operating systems, such as iOS and Android. These IDs can be accessed and utilized by applications in a manner similar to how websites use cookies. Current and future applications may contain software that enables both us and our third-party analytics and advertising partners to access these mobile IDs for tracking and analytical purposes.
How We and Our Partners Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
We, along with our analytics and advertising partners, utilize cookies and similar technologies on our websites, apps, and online services to collect personal information. This includes data such as the pages you visit, the links you click, and other usage information, identifiers, and device information when you interact with our services. The data collected allows us to gain insights into your online activities over time and across different websites or services. We use this information to store your preferences and settings, facilitate sign-ins, analyze the performance of our websites and apps, and track your interactions with these platforms. Additionally, we develop inferences based on the data collected to deliver and tailor interest-based advertising, combat fraud, and fulfill other legitimate business purposes.
Furthermore, we and our partners may share the data we collect or infer with third parties for these outlined purposes. For a more comprehensive understanding of the third-party analytics and advertising partners that collect personal information through our services, please refer to the “Disclosure of Personal Information” section of this Privacy Policy. This section provides detailed insights into how your data may be utilized and shared, ensuring transparency in our practices regarding your personal information.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding the use of cookies and similar technologies, it is advisable to review our Privacy Policy and your personal data management preferences to make informed decisions about your privacy.

These controls provide you with options to manage your privacy preferences concerning the collection and use of your personal information. We may disclose de-identified information in accordance with applicable law. This means that any data that has been processed to remove identifying details can be shared for various purposes, including research, analytics, and business development, without compromising your privacy.
Choice and Control of Personal Information
We provide a variety of ways for you to control the personal information we hold about you, including choices about how we use that data. In some jurisdictions, these controls and choices may be enforceable as rights under applicable law.
Data Sales and Opt-Out Options
In compliance with certain privacy laws, particularly those that define "sale" broadly, we acknowledge that some disclosures of your personal information may fall under this category as outlined in our Privacy Policy. If you wish to opt-out of such data sales, you can formally submit your request by sending an email to privacy@sky-rx.co with the subject line "Data Opt Out." This action will initiate the process to ensure that your personal information is not sold or shared in a manner that you do not consent to.
Furthermore, if you have concerns specifically related to targeted advertising and wish to opt-out of having your personal information utilized for this purpose, you may also send an email to the same address, using the subject line "Opt Out Targeted Ads." This request will help us understand your preferences and take the necessary steps to honor your desire to limit the use of your data for targeted marketing initiatives.
In addition to these direct requests, you should also be aware of the controls available through various browsers and platforms that may allow you to manage your preferences regarding targeted advertising. Many major web browsers provide built-in privacy settings that enable you to opt-out of tracking and control how cookies are utilized. Specifically, you can adjust settings related to “Do Not Track” features or manage cookie preferences within your browser's settings menu.
For further control over your online advertising experience, you may also utilize the opt-out tools provided by organizations that our advertising partners may be affiliated with. Websites such as the Network Advertising Initiative (www.networkadvertising.org) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (www.aboutads.info) offer options to opt-out of personalized advertising based on your interests.
Cookie and Mobile ID Controls
You have the option to utilize various cookie or mobile ID controls, as described in the sections below. It is important to note that these choices are specific to the device or browser you are currently using. If you access our services from different devices or browsers, you will need to take similar actions on those systems to ensure that your preferences are applied to the data collected when using those respective systems.
Managing Communications Preferences
You have the ability to specify your preferences regarding promotional communications from us, whether via email or SMS. If you receive promotional messages and wish to opt out, you can easily do so by following the instructions provided in those messages. Alternatively, if you prefer a more direct approach, you may contact us as outlined in the “Contacting Us” section of our Privacy Policy.
It is essential to understand that these preferences do not apply to certain types of informational communications. For instance, communications such as surveys or mandatory service notifications will continue to be sent to you, regardless of your promotional communication preferences.
Browser or Platform Controls
When it comes to managing your privacy preferences, there are several controls available through your web browser or mobile platform. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default, but if you prefer a different approach, you can navigate to your browser settings to learn how to delete or reject cookies. It is important to note that if you choose to delete or reject cookies, this may impact certain features or services on our website. Specifically, deleting cookies may remove settings and preferences controlled by those cookies, including advertising preferences, which would need to be recreated.
Additionally, some browsers and browser extensions support the "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) or similar functionalities that allow you to send a signal to the websites you visit, indicating your choice to opt-out of certain types of data processing, including data sales and targeted advertising, as specified by applicable law. When we detect such a signal, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your choices as indicated by a GPC setting or other recognized opt-out preference signals.
Do Not Track and Data Privacy Controls
Some web browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting that allows you to send a signal to the websites you visit, indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. However, it is important to note that, unlike the Global Privacy Control (GPC), there is currently no common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal. As a result, our websites do not respond to browser DNT signals. Instead, we encourage you to utilize the various tools available to control data collection and usage, including the GPC, cookie controls, and advertising controls previously described.
Additionally, mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android provide options to limit tracking through advertising ID controls. These controls enable you to manage how your advertising identifiers are used, allowing you to reset these IDs or opt out of personalized advertising.
Moreover, for email communications, most email clients have settings that allow you to prevent the automatic downloading of images, including web beacons. This feature helps avoid automatic connections to the web servers that host those images, thereby enhancing your privacy when interacting with emails.
Except for the automated controls described above, if you send us a request to exercise your rights or preferences regarding your personal data, we may decline certain requests, to the extent permitted by applicable law. For instance, we may refuse requests if granting them would be prohibited by law, could negatively impact the privacy or other rights of another individual, would disclose a trade secret or other confidential information, or would interfere with a legal or business obligation that necessitates the retention or use of the data. Additionally, we might decline a request if we are unable to authenticate your identity as the person to whom the data pertains, if the request is deemed unreasonable or excessive, or if otherwise permitted by applicable law.
If you receive a response from us indicating that your request has been declined, either in whole or in part, you have the right to appeal that decision. To do so, you can submit your appeal using the contact method specified at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy Scope and Data Retention

The actual retention periods for different types of data can vary significantly based on several criteria, including user expectations or consent, the sensitivity of the information, the availability of automated controls that allow users to delete data, and our legal or contractual obligations.

Right to Opt-Out / “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”
As a resident with rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to opt-out of any future "sales" or "sharing" of your personal information, as defined by the CCPA. This means that you can take action to prevent your personal data from being sold to third parties or shared for marketing purposes.
Understanding Your Rights Under the CCPA
It is important to note that the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) defines “sell,” “share,” and “personal information” in broad terms. Consequently, some of the data sharing practices described in our Privacy Policy may be categorized as a “sale” or “sharing” under these definitions. Specifically, we allow advertising and analytics providers to collect a variety of information, including identifiers (such as IP addresses, cookie IDs, and mobile IDs), activity data (including browsing history, clicks, app usage, and non-product identifying transaction data), device data, and geolocation data through our websites and applications. However, we do not “sell” or “share” other types of personal information. If you do not wish for us or our partners to “sell” or “share” personal information related to your visits to our sites for advertising purposes, you can exercise your right to opt-out by following the steps outlined below. If you choose to opt-out using the available options, we will ensure that your personal information is not shared or made available in ways that are classified as a “sale” or “sharing” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). However, it is important to note that we may still need to share some personal information with our partners who act as our service providers to assist us in performing advertising-related functions. Additionally, opting out will not eliminate the use of previously “sold” or “shared” personal information, nor will it stop all interest-based advertising.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.
Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information
You have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes strictly necessary for providing the services or goods you request or as otherwise permitted by law. If you wish to opt-out of the use of your sensitive personal information for any additional purposes, you can do so by emailing us at privacy@sky-rx.co.
Additionally, you may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This designation can be made in writing or through a power of attorney. However, before we accept a request from an agent, we will require proof that you have authorized the agent to act on your behalf, and we may also need you to verify your identity directly with us.
Further, to ensure the security of your personal information, we must verify your identity to the degree of certainty required by law before we can provide, correct, or delete specific pieces of personal information. This verification process is essential to protect your data and confirm that requests are made by the rightful owner of the information.
Finally, you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising the rights outlined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This means that you cannot be treated unfavorably or denied services for opting to access, delete, or limit the use of your personal information.
Additionally, under California Civil Code section 1798.83, known as the “Shine the Light” law, California residents who have provided personal information to a business with which they have established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes (referred to as “California Customers”) may request information regarding whether the business has disclosed their personal information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
Please be aware that we do not disclose personal information to any third parties for their direct marketing purposes as defined by applicable law. California Customers who wish to learn more about our compliance with this law may request further information by emailing privacy@sky-rx.co. It is important to note that businesses are required to respond to only one request per California Customer each year and are not obligated to respond to requests made through means other than the designated email address.

However, it is crucial that you maintain the security of your account password and keep your account information confidential. You are responsible for any and all activity that occurs under your account. To enhance the security of your personal information, we strongly recommend that you use a strong password and refrain from sharing it with anyone. Additionally, it is advisable not to use the same password across multiple sites or accounts. Service Usage and Your Choices
When using the Service, you have the option to withhold certain information from us. However, please be aware that choosing not to provide specific information may limit your access to certain features or functionalities, and in some cases, it might prevent you from using the Service altogether. Additionally, you have the right to opt-out of receiving particular communications, such as newsletters and promotional materials, by emailing us with your preferences. It is important to note that even if you opt-out of these communications, you may still receive service-related messages that are necessary for the operation of the Service. We currently do not respond to web browser “Do Not Track” signals or other mechanisms that offer methods to opt-out of information collection across the networks of websites and online services in which we participate. Should we implement such measures in the future, we will provide details on how these mechanisms will function in this Privacy Policy. SkyRx reserves the right to supplement, amend, or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this or a similar page of the Service and shall take effect as of the "Last Updated" date indicated. However, if the modifications result in material changes to the existing Privacy Policy, we will notify you and/or require your acceptance of the updated policy. Therefore, it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy carefully each time you visit, access, or use the Service.
